Just curious if you're trying to get a specific look with the menu on the left? There are a few different approaches with regard to them, such as those found on Salak, Devar, Alana, Geeva, Kalpana, Varaan or some use none at all, like Brice, Ethan. I shall move the template part of your character page to Template:Susan Banks in a moment and add it to the character page with the code {{Susan Banks}}. Also, have you seen Creation and Upkeep of a Character Page? Your character page seems to use Template:Biosimple as a framework, which is the least detailed of the examples there.
