The Unified House of Betazed is the ruling entity of the Betazed Empire in the Mirror universe. Formed after the Ninth House absorbed the other houses or outright conquered them, the Unified House of Betazed is now ruled by Empress Keehani Ukinix (mirror).

The former individual houses are now known as "wings" with the Ninth Wing remaining the largest and most ruthless wing that heads the Unified House.
