Eesse

The Eesse were a sentient flora species that resembled Terran trees. They were able to move at will and were characterised by silver bark and gold leaves. The USS Oumuamua discovered their damaged ship as it was flying through the cosmos in an effort to find the "Promised Place", a planet that was considered a holy site reserved for their salvation. The Eesse were lead by two ancients of their people, the Grand Patriarch, Coloom, and the Grand Matriarch, Ecritier. The crew of the USS Oumumua discovered not only was the ship damaged, but the Eesse were suffering from a strange disease that was killing their people.
