Tulja is a quiet and studious young woman who loves to learn. Though she rarely shows it, she harbours a deeply-held sense for adventure and nurtures a secret ambition to one day command her own ship.
History
Born in Kotarn City, on the Kazleti homeworld of Taithros. Like most Federation Kazleti children, Tulja grew up on a steady diet of tales of her people's migration through the stars, and she soon had dreams of seeing the wonders of the universe herself. From a very young age, she had her sights set on the academy, studying hard and taking as many preparatory courses as she could sign up for, much to the consternation of her parents. While this unfortunately left her very little time for socialisation and friendships, it did ensure that her application was successful on her first attempt.
