REQUISITION JUSTIFICATION & TASK FORCE HOPE
The Raytas Sector, the primary patrol location of the proposed USS Athena, is unexplored due to Starfleet’s insisted buffer between the Dominion and the Federation. Task Force Hope it the preliminary idea for a more expanded exploration of the Gamma Quadrant.
In December of 2392, the USS Doyle-A and USS Victory were added to the task force.
