Crewman Second Class Rotha is an Orion who is serving as a security crewman aboard the USS Veritas. He was first assigned to the vessel in 2392, where he made a poor first impression with his security chief, Lieutenant Elis. He was excited about getting another chance when Lieutenant Hanar Tuk was assigned as his new chief in late 2393.
