Deep Space 285 is stationed in the Avalon Sector, under the command of Cmdr. Nicholas Dane. It is the primary support station for USS Discovery-B and supports research projects in experimental cybernetics.
The base is home to Epsilon Program Lab, one of two state-of-the-art facilities specialized in cybernetics development.
