Resachi

Resachi is a Cygnian female with blond hair and blue eyes, and captain of the CMS The Thunder of Nations. She has been operating throughout the Federation since 2377. She was deliberately clanless and nontraditional, and not much is known about her, although there exists a file about her within Federation Security and Starfleet with suspicion that she acts as a agent for some multi planetary intelligence agency.

For several years between 2380 and 2387, she was a merchant-captain under the aegis of Ksharion, and grew close to Ceciri Ariadust, before the attack on the convoy.
