PHYSICIANS' NOTES
- SD 239509.23 - Medical Officer: Jarred Flenching, MD, Starfleet Academy
- Medical Assessment: Ensign Stennin is in excellent medical health. He suffered from a contusion on his elbow earlier in the year, but has undergone treatment and has recovered. Recurring flashes of pain in the elbow will remain for some years.
- Stennin shows lower vitamin D contents, perhaps evident from his lack of UV-light exposure. Prescription of vitamin pills will be required.
