Character transferred to Chen on 239203.14. According to Article V, Section 10 of the constitution, his rank and awards will not carry over (an imminent update to the wiki page will reflect this). His career history, particularly his former command of the Darwin will be preserved. As per the constitution, permission for this transfer has been given by both his former writer Renos and the commanding officer of his destination ship, Leo Handley-Page.
