Ensign Theo Casey, an Ornaran Terran hybrid, is currently a Supervisor of Security Cadet Training onboard the USS Carlomen. He is known as "Thee" to family, and "Casey" to everyone else.

Personality
Used to any type of situation, Casey is one of many Security officers that would take a chance to do what's best for the ship. When he's not on duty, he has a cute and cuddly personality, and makes friends easily.
Although, when it comes to certain people - for example, Brekkians, he gets a little mean (Can you blame him?). Although he's not telepathic or empathic, he verbally hits where it hurts most nearly all the time for those people.
