Caintones
Luraul is segregated into 16 caintones each is ruled by itself. the following caintones are:-
- Giventeh - split into several provinces
- Valhenna
- Nuora
- Tool-Kaan - split into several autocratic provinces
- Arukuula
- Punhaalan
- Mon'Izalla
- Mein'Izalla
- Kampaja
- Walloonklaah
- Taurjal
- Mon'Taurahaal
- Theibaw
- Nuorana
- Prases
- Zalla-Laka
Though Luraul globalized and became a global nation centuries ago, Luraul still can not govern itself, due to the messy unorganized government in provinces and caintones. The Valhenna, & Giventeh caintones are the most organized and are the two caintones that have been in talks with the Federation.
Centuries ago during the war with the klingons, and the Romulan occupation, the Valhenna region was a mess, and had no government before the Romulans occupied Luraul. The Zalla penisula was all under one caintone untilt he romulans occupied Luraul. After the occupation Al-leyans had to rebuild the vestiges of their globalized society, though it has been built it is still in a mess were some provinces still are autonomous, and a global tax system is still yet to be put in place.
