Planetary Naming Conventions
I guess it's going to have to depend on how important the world is to the rest of the galaxy. A small mining colony wanting to rename a planet after it's founder doesn't stack up to a major planetary habitation (ie Mars), right? Hmmm. I think we still need some type of guideline.
