Gal Teyr
Gal Teyr is a mysterious Betazoid young man that lived in humble surroundings. He was temporarily held by Starfleet Intelligence for a time before being admitted into a psychiatric hospital where he was later released. He is the long lost younger brother of Alana Devar, formerly known as V'Teyr and Galwyn Devar.
