Glinn Giria Palnin is a spiteful, taunting and especially vain Cardassian, and a member of a military unit currently stationed in the annexed colony of Witherington, Indre III.
Her beauty is thought to have disguised her cleverness when climbing the ranks of the Cardassian military.
