Nacien Rixx is a criminal mastermind and the head of the Jenatris Confederation (a front for the Orion Syndicate). Rixx is a Rodulan, originally banned from his homeworld for the violent telepathic violation of a business colleague's mind. He has steadily worked his way up the ranks of the criminal structure in the trinity sector for the last twenty years.

Rixx is a consummate actor and few know his real face. He is known for creating aliases and false identities, frequently undergoing cosmetic surgery and literally wearing a new face for 2-4 years before he kills that persona off and starts anew. A master manipulator and politician, Rixx gets a perverse pleasure from being a puppetmaster. His primary goals are his own profit and luxury. While he commands a great deal of power in the unaligned territory Rixx has escape the bulk of Starfleet, Klingon and Romulan scrutiny because he has never provoked direct hostility towards any major power (though he has been implicated in dozens of terrorist attacks, often providing supplies or information to the highest bidder.)

History

Background

Rixx was a member of the Orion Syndicate and was instrumental in hiding his criminal network and going underground to re-emerge as the Jenatris Confederation.

Rixx is highly telepathic and was banned from his homeworld for telepathic violations. He made his fortune at a young age in gambling and drug running, but was shot in the leg when he was 24 - nearly losing the limb. From that point onwards Rixx stepped back from the scene and manipulated himself as a puppetmaster slowly gaining power.

Rixx does not enjoy violence and prefers to hire or manipulate others to kill or fight for him. He regularly uses his telepathy both as a tool and as a weapon, making him a very dangerous opponent in close quarters.
