Baneans are a race of humanoids with feather-like head coverings. Convicted felons of capital offences are punished by implanting the victim's own final memory engrams into their brain so they can relive their crime through the victim's point of view every 14 hours. The government is organised in ministries. They keep pets and smoke a tobacco-like product.
