Class-M Planet near Sector 9569 and the Zeta Gellis Cluster Homeworld to the Zalkonians, a technologically advanced people who's ships can sustain at least Warp Factor 9.72 and are not intimidated by a Galaxy-class starships. Their technology includes a paralysis field that strangles the crews of nearby opposing ships.
A introverted people, the Zalkonians desired isolation from other powers. Some people on the Planet Zalkon have shown signs of metamorphosis into non-corporeal creatures but this process has been outlawed on Zalkon and Zalkonians rarely complete the transformation.
