Giria Palnin was a taunting, sly and particularly vain Cardassian, holding the rank of Glinn within the Cardassian Obsidian Order. Considered beautiful, she was well known for using it to her advantage, until her patience waned and an irascible mean streak reared its ugly head instead. After years of clawing her way to the top, all was lost to Maquis hands in the colony of Witherington.
