Commodore Coffee is a café on the promenade which in style resembles a bar, and which uses Sal Taybrim’s face as branding on its cups.
Wooden stools are butting up against a brass foot rail at a high counter, standing in front of a display wall of what must be easily a hundred different kinds of coffee beans. Quiet Terran jazz music is playing in the background, and all in all, it seemed less like a café than a bar. At the counter and on several tables in the room sit Starfleet personnel of any perceivable rank, and all of them in a more or less sleep-deprived state. [1]
The proprietor is a woman a trill-human hybrid in her mid-twenties with lavender-purple hair oversized glasses.
