INCIDENT REPORT: SD 238108.10 Filed Charge: Assault of a Junior Officer Incident: Nugra slammed Ensign Simon Rocket in to a bulkhead. Disciplining Officer: Captain Jordan Hurne Disciplinary Action Taken: Letter of Reprimand and two days brig. Disciplining Officer Remarks: Though Ensign Rocket disobeyed a direct order, it does not justify the assault of a junior by a superior. Lieutenant Nugra has been informed of this.
