Drin Jerol is a Flaxian criminal based out of the Miranda VII spaceport.
He was involved in the destruction of the SS Annabelle's Lament and is a known criminal leader.
Drin Jerol has been arrested several times, and Starfleet intelligence found that the real Drin Jerol has been dead for nearly a decade. His name has been adopted as a criminal identity and alias by the Jenatris Confederation
