How to Use This Template:

Let's say you want to create a gallery picture for the Quantum Singularity Lifeforms. Find the name of the image you want to use (in this case, "File:Quantumsingularitylifeform.jpeg") and the name of the article for the species (in this case "Quantum Singularity Lifeforms").
Enter the following wikicode: {{ILI-F|Name of the Image File|Name of the Article}}. Thus, in this example, we'll enter the code as {{ILI-F|File:Quantumsingularitylifeform.jpeg|Quantum Singularity Lifeforms}}.
Verify that you get this image created:

Quantum Singularity Lifeforms

Remember, this particular template is for forbidden species of the Intelligent Lifeform Index.

For permitted species, use the Template:ILI-P template.
For restricted species, use the Template:ILI-R template.
For species whose status is to be determined, use the Template:ILI-TBD template.
