The diplomatic facilities aboard the Excalibur allow for a variety of diplomatic functions away from Starbase 118. Situated throughout the deck, the facilities share space with only the crew mess hall and a fully staffed and functional banquet hall for use in diplomatic events, first contact situations, meetings, and other functions as deemed necessary by Starfleet Diplomatic staff.
