Lieutenant Alisha Rose Ozera, a Human, is currently an operative working under Intelligence Director Chang. She is currently posted on Chang's ship as a medical analyst, awaiting an actual post.

Previously stationed near the Menthar Corridor posing as Vivian Volkoff, head of Volkoff Industries, Ozera's main role was survailence and dealing weapons with members of the Scarlet Brotherhood and the Orion Syndicate. This changed, however, when her services were not needed after the Klingons had attacked the Romulans.

She is also the twin sister to Intelligence operative Lieutenant JG Alixis Ozera.

Following in the steps of her brother, Alisha Ozera became an operative for StarFleet in ----. After promotion to Lieutenant JG, she was sent to the Badlands as an Orion. She was then placed deep undercover as private Weapons Dealer Vivian Volkoff, but this changed when the Klingons launched an attack against the Embassy of Duronis II, where she was called to be a "medical analyst" onboard.

It is unknown if Alisha-Rose Ozera is her actual name.
