Gault is a M-Class farming world close to the Klingon border and enjoys trade and export to other non-Federation worlds, including the Klingon Empire, Yridians, the Gorn Hegemony, and the Lissepians. The Gault system is situated between the Maroscura Nebula and the Harmoi Cluster A view of the local sector around Gault, Ba'Ku, Starbase 118 and the Klingon Empire can all be seen. Exports Ulanov spice were a variety of spices grown from plant lifeforms cultivated on the farming colony Gault. They were a popular food export, especially favored by the Lissepians. Notable People Worf, who is best known as the tactical officer on the USS Enterprise D and later the Enterprise E was raised on Gault under the care of the Rozhenko family. Starfleet Personnel There are a small number of people from Gault who have joined Starfleet. These include Lhandon Joseph Nilsen and Thomas “Teddy” O’Reilly who both currently serve on the USS ‘Oumuamua.
