Over time these tribal hunters that roamed the vast tundras following the massive herds of Urnda's discovered new technologies that slowly altered their way of living. Now about half of their total population are still involved with the gathering of food, caring for massive herds of Urnda's and fishing. The rest live in large communities centered around various natural resources, mines or industrial complexes.
They have learned much, ventured to the stars in a limited way and encountered other species.
==Government==
They are governed by a council of elders who meet and sit to debate issues in the capital of Tersaf. This city is easily 4 times bigger than any other community on the planet with a population of more than 10 million. It is also the largest industrial center on the planet.
This council of elders has 3 representatives from each of the 27 tribes. Individual tribes are also governed by a council but this could be as small as 5 individuals or as large as 51. Members of a tribal council may or may not also be members of the central council. 
==Description==
They have pale bluish colored skin, rectangular heads with block like features and a Mohawk of pale gray colored hair. The men will have feathers and sometimes small bones tied into their hair and the women will wear it longer, braiding it into a single long braid.
In size they tend to be between 6'2" and 6'5" with wide shoulders and thick muscular arms, legs and bodies. The only difference between the men and women tends to be softer facial features on the women and they also seem to be slightly less bulky in regards to muscle mass than the men.

In the beginning there was nothing, simply a freezing expanse. Then the stars appeared and they were lonely so they created the planets. The planet was lonely so it created life, many different kinds and most favored of all was the Ferfi. They must care for their world, as their world cared for them. To them the planet is alive, sentient, a living being. The name of the spirit of the planet is Ferfi and their use of this name for themselves is their way to honor this spirit.

Their space craft are rather primitive and only just capable of warp 1.3 and that is only thanks to there being able to reverse engineer the engines of alien craft found floating in their solar system.
==Economy==
All of the tribes trade among themselves. As of yet they have not established any trade deals with any other species.   
==Military==
While they did not have any formal military system prior to their developing space travel, examination of space debris found drifting at the edge of their solar system allowed them to reverse engineer warp technology and revealed the presence of offensive and defensive weapons systems. It was also obvious that the ship had been severely damaged as a result of weapons fire.
As a result they also reverse engineered the offensive and defensive systems. With this new technology they designed and built 3 battleships. In size they are larger than a Federation heavy cruiser. These vessels are more like mobile weapons platforms, not very maneuverable but with more than enough power to supply both the shields and the over abundance of weapons that seem to sprout from every available location on the outer surface.
While these weapons are no where near as advanced as those used by the Federation these vessels carry 5 times as many weapons as a Federation ship of the same size. these ships are used to defend their system and their homeworld.
