Karawati (or the mother of Rixx, the lifestone of Khrysaros) is the ancient symbol of purity, hearth and unity of the Betazoid people.
While most Betazoids are now believers in the Four Deities and no longer worship Karawati, she remains an important figure in Betazed mythology. The Cult of Karawati are among the Betazoids who do continue to worship Karawati.
