This template creates a nav bar in the upper top. Takes up to 12 links, as /sub pages of the character/. Parameters: FirstName = first name of the character, LastName = last name of the character. LinkX (1-12), LinkXTitle (1-12): link, and it's title. The link must be a subpage of the character.
