We found the patient has none of the telepathic or empathic faculties associated with Rodulan peoples. He seemed disturbed by this when it came up, speculating that he never had them as he was raised by Ferengi. He sharpens his teeth using Ferengi methodology, analysis shows this presents no dental or other health risk to him.
