- Medical Assessment: During entrance medical exams for enrollment in Starfleet Academy Tarkin was unable to provide family medical history as his parents passed shortly after he was born. We found the patient has none of the telepathic or empathic faculties associated with Rodulan peoples. He seemed disturbed by this when it came up, speculating that he never had them as he was raised by Ferengi. He sharpens his teeth using Ferengi methodology, analysis shows this presents no dental or other health risk to him. Report forwarded to the Psychiatric Health department and ordered a full brain analysis for neurology to review. Approval pending neurologic and psychiatric assessment given the candidates unusual history.
