Creates portrait as specified from a character's ID subpage.
Example
{{ID Portrait|Roshanara Rahman}}
You can make the portrait the size of a standard crew tile image by adding "100" as a second parameter (returning an image of 100px width).

You can make the portrait the size of a standard manifest image by adding "83" as a second parameter (returning an image of 83px width).
