Tycho City is a colony found on Luna. The city is one of several lunar landmarks large enough to be seen from Earth.[1]
In 2393, a hologram submitted documentation to the Luna Commission to run for a seat on the city's council, spawning legal challenges and further questions regarding holographic rights.[2]
