*Born in a small unnamed village in Hedrikspool Province during the Occupation to young parents.  Tero was the oldest child, followed within a year by his younger brother Torm.
Sabria Risette was born into a wealthy and prominent family on Betazed. In keeping with her families house, the Seventh House of Betazed: House of Courage,Sabria was looking for excitement from an early age.  She became fully emphatic at the age of 7. As soon as she was old enough she applied to Starfleet Academy and was accepted. Prior to entrance her mother had passed away and she forgo admittance to help her frail father. Her father passed away a few months after his wife.  
*Born into a family with a strong D'jarra history as healers and doctors.  Both of his parents were provincial doctors who had moved often, running from both the Cardassians and the more militant cells of the Bajoran Resistance.

Sabria would have to wait one more year to attend the academy. Longing for excitement and with no family ties, she decided to leave Betazed and entered the Starfleet Academy program for crew members. She graduated at the top of her class with a speciality designation of Intelligence Analyst and Operator. DS9 was her first assignment where she was assigned to analyze intelligence information from deep space sensors and field operatives. Her superiors quickly noticed her aptitude in the field and after 4 years sent her back to Starfleet Intelligence to train as a field operative. After 14 months she became proficient in:

*Tero followed a medical path in his life for practical reasons: it was his family's D'jarra, his parents had both been healers, and his upbringing in and around resistance cells had placed a premium on individuals with medical training.
*Extraction
*As soon as the liberation of Bajor was complete in 2369, Tero formalized his medical experience with training at the Ilvian Medical Complex in the city of Ilvia.
*Investigation
*When Bajor signed the non-aggression pact with the Dominion in 2373, Tero was secretly aghast, believing that Bajor's future lie with the Federation.  With the pact signed and the Federation membership application withdrawn, Tero became resolute to one day join Starfleet.  To that end, he immediately chose to join the Bajoran Militia, hoping to garner the necessary experience and credentials to one day apply to Starfleet.
*Reconnaissance & Surveillance
*When Bajor finally declared war against the Dominion in 2374, Tero was in a position to utilize his medical training aboard various Starfleet installations and ships, including a tour of duty as a medic on a Vulcan cruiser.
*Infiltration Returning
*After the Dominion War terminated, Tero was able to get his sponsorship and letter of reference in order to apply for Starfleet Academy.
 
She was once again assigned to DS9 to resume her role as an analyst but in fact this was a cover for her true mission, a field operative performing many missions deep inside the Delta Quadrant.  On her last mission she was severely wounded during an ambush. The wounds almost ended her career but after several months of rehabilitation she was listed as fit for duty aboard a star ship. SCPO Risette is assigned to the USS Discovery-C as the senior enlisted Intelligence Analyst.  Her vast knowledge and field experience is valued by the officers and she is used as a valuable resource in all intelligence matters.
 
SCPO Risette is a master in martial arts, trade craft, weapons, interrogation and cryptography. She also is fluent in Klingon, Denobulan, and Romulan.
