STO Star Trek Online style Pip Picker (Ensign through Fleet Captain, Warrant Officers, and Marine Officers)

Used in Template:Roster, but can also be used standalone.

IMPORTANT

This set does not have pips for blanks or ambassadors. Also, Violet and Silver are not available and are converted to Blue and Black respectively if used.
