Telice Shagan is one of two medical officers aboard the USS Discovery-C.
Operations
- 238906.24: Extraction of a Trill symbiont after death of Petty Officer Helron from the plague. Successful implantation of the symbiont in new host Fenna Fax, now Fenna Helron. Both operations were assisted by Nurse Varas.

- 238907.04 Leading of medical team beamed to the USS Achilles in order to administer a cure to the plague ailing the ship.
