By import do you mean uploading new images to the wiki? To do so, click on upload file on the left or go to this page. If you are uploading a new version of a file, it may not appear immediately, but rest assured it will be updated to the live server. –Rich^{(talk page)} aka Lt.Cmdr. Rahman/MCpt.
