Deliera Jay, an Australian Human, is currently the writer for Sky Blake. She is also a proud member of the OOC "Ensigns club" aboard the USS Challenger-A, the USS Ronin and the USS Mercury. She plans on 'dominating' the Duronis II Embassy to 'build' yet another Ensign's Club. Remember that this is all OOC.
She is also writing for Kira Venroe aboard the USS Avandar.
