Tisrans (also known as "Tis'Rah") are a humanoid species that originated from the planets Treu'Kahr, & Rah'Cura. Thought not technological advanced, Tisrans had established an empire, consisting of 8 systems.

Introduction

Tisrans were originally two alien lifeforms very similiar to each other, with some slight differences, though due to having living together for eseveral centuries the Tisran society is now a collective of for races.

History

The Tisran history is mostly a bloody tapestry, though this wasn't from the bitterness of both races.

Rah’Turasa Slavery

When the Racurasans' have discovered Warp technology. In 880 AD The Racurasans landed on Treu'Kahr. The Kahrians didn't share the same friendliness as the Racurasans, and attacked the Racurasans. The Kahrians then had the very first warp ship on Treu'Kahr, This made the Dal-Seh faction have the upper hand among the rest of the thousands upon thousands of Kharian Factions.

The Dal-seh, and allies soon had several warp ships in which they would attack any Racurasan ship, and take their ship. Any Racurasan that had lost their ship to Kahrians, were placed within the kahrian ranks as slaves. A couple decades all Racurasans had been established within the Kahrian society. Kahrians, and Racurasans were now living among 2 planets, within in one system.

The Slavery was never ended until 1080 AD, Racurasans were all made equal. Kahrians and Racurasans began to recognize themselves as Tis'Rah. Despite the unity between the two races still the factions remained as they were. A proposal on one of the continent to form a unity among the factions was raised after the slavery, however many Tis'Rah clans disagreed due to too much friction between one another.

The Ethil-Suanli Expansion

The Ethil-Suanli Expansion was an era of exploring among many Tisrans. Ethil-Suanli means in Hej'Det "Reach the Stars". Some Tisran clans had learned to achieve Warp 2, others have to cope with just slightly faster-then-light propulsion. During this Era Tisrans travelled to 2 different Systems, and colonized 5 planets, and several habitable moons.

At first a few of the major Clans settled on planets different to each other, which meant for the next three centuries there was peace among the new colonies. This era had proved to be a prosperous time, for small and major clans for Tis'rah.

Politics

The T'kitlin Shol

The T’kitlin Shol is the Tisran’s high council. Apparently there are amendments in which Sovereigns are not allowed to change any of the bylaws. Barons, and Regents are equal members in the T’kitlin Shol. All Barons will appoint a representative of the Tisrans for the UFoP, and the 4th amendment clearly states that a representative cannot serve as a Shol’Tajk no longer than 8 years. A Shol’Tajk can not own any land, or be affiliated to a clan, or have any alliances, or NAPs with any members. Usually during an Election there can be up to 20 nominees to receive this respectable position. In the first 2 years if the T’kitlin Shol believes the Shol’Tajk is not representing the Tisran society, or has their best interest, he can be reprimanded, which can become a very lengthy process. Shol’Tajk representatives, usually ends up being a baron’s or Regents descendants
