Among many others planetary residents, the paranoid and hostile Mokra Order treated [[ma:Alsaurian|Alsaurians]] as a sub-class and ruled the planet without mercy. The Mokra Order do prohibit them to from having communications equipment and claim to be helping the Alsaurian against common enemies. | |||
