The Zalla penisula was all under one caintone untilt he romulans occupied Luraul. After the occupation Al-leyans had to rebuild the vestiges of their globalized society, though it has been built it is still in a mess were some provinces still are autonomous, and a global tax system is still yet to be put in place. | |||
