The new planetary government has 16 councilors currently. Of these 9 are native born Mirians and the other 7 are off worlders representing their individual colonies. The 9 native councilors are broken down into 2 groups. | |||
The first 3 are selected from the population of the city of Cru'ela and are considered the senior councilors. They preside over all the meetings. The other 6 represent various regions and areas outside of the main city such as the mining colony to the north at the base of the mountains and the farming community far up river. | |||
