First question - what kind of cultural background does this person have that he's only got one name? He's listed as human - should he be listed as Klingon instead, especially since he's supposed to be a FC for the Klingon Defense Force? Which leads to the second question - why do the Klingons have a defense force "based at Earth?" The Klingons and Federation may be allies, but they're still individual political entities. The KDF would only worry about the Klingon sphere of influence.
