Just curious if you're trying to get a specific look with the menu on the left? I shall move the template part of your character page to [[Template:Susan Banks]] in a moment and add it to the character page with the code <nowiki>{{Susan Banks}}</nowiki>. Also, have you seen [[Creation and Upkeep of a Character Page]]? Your character page seems to use [[Template:Biosimple]] as a framework, which is the least detailed of the examples there.
