Doosodarian: Difference between revisions

The [[ma:Doosodarian|Doosodarians]] are an ancient [[ma:Races and Cultures|culture]]. Much of their [[ma:Poetry|poetry]] was characterized by empty spaces called ''[[ma:Lacuna|lacuna]]e'', which may measure several days in length. During this pause, the poet and audience are encouraged to acknowledge the "emptiness" of the experience. The Doosodarians believed that while the poem may be blank, the emptiness has a poetic meaning, so it cannot be considered "nothing" as such.
