With the crews in position on both ships, the drill commenced inside of the nebula. Both vessels used every trick they could in the hopes of finding the other one first, and the ''Artemis'' was able to get off the first shot. Unluckily for them, the use of phasers inside of the nebula triggered a plasma fire on the ''Artemis'' that required repair crews to be scrambled. Commander Yalu proceeded to Engineering along with Ensigns Savel and Vedic in order to initiate the repairs. Talos' team made an escape through the Jeffries tubes and Yogan's team started to follow before they made a discovery. Someone had released anesthezine knockout gas on the deck they'd just come from. It was clear that the drill was over and that the ''Artemis'' was actually under attack. | ||
Once the ''Artemis'' team was regrouped with each other, Savel was sent back out with Lt. Silveria and Ensign Kader to track down the opposing team from the ''Berlin''. Their goal was to regroup and focus their efforts on whoever had actually boarded the ship and started the actual attack. Both teams met up on Deck 08 near the Intel Suite, where they had tracked down the group of enemy boarders that turned out to be Suliban pirates. After a confrontation that ended up with Talos and Silveria getting wounded, the Suliban pirates were taken into custody. | |||
