* I have seen many young Ensign's pass through my doors over the years, alot of them still arrogant and cocky. However theres always the exceptional minority that are born to lead others through bad times and others, I truely believe great things could become of this young man, if he sticks at it and produces only the best, much in the same way he has given me these past two years.
