Due to the core course requirements, however, S'Raga did not have any opportunity to pilot a spacecraft in his first year. In his second year, he was finally able to enroll in courses that would allow him to fly. S'Raga's exceptional performance in his first two piloting courses caught the eye of his instructors, and at the end of the year S'Raga was offered a spot in the Third Academy Training Wing's Falcon Squadron, with whom he will train for his remaining two years at the Academy. Flying with Falcon Squadron while also handling a full course-load was challenging, but S'Raga was fully in his element and was able to successfully navigate all of his commitments, and by the end of his fourth year he was awarded a Flight Proficiency Award. His focus came at a price, though, as he didn't allow much time for social activities.
