Still, I have to say that out of all his characters, Alentonis is probably my favorite of his to date. From what began as just an NPC (and a civilian one at that), Zeph has sculpted a three-dimensional character with an interesting backstory and perspective because of his IC "non-traditional" route to Starfleet. Beyond Alentonis, Zeph brings that same care into showing more about the lives of his characters outside of missions across his other characters aboard Veritas, helping the ship feel more like a truly lived-in place.
