|INCIDENT= Lieutenant JG Arturo Maxwell punched Civilian Doctor Bartholomew Martantathru in an act of anger over treason and betrayal. This was not done in self defense, but was a reaction to Martantathru’s actions directly causing a fellow crewmember to be taken hostage by Chennel. | |||
|DISCIPLINE ACTION = Lieutenant JG Maxwell was put on provisional service as a cargo control officer while under supervision from two direct supervisors. He was also set on a required counselling schedule which he completed without complaint. | |||
|REMARKS= Due to the overwhelming emotional trigger, and the successful completion of counselling I feel that this is a one-time incident and should not affect Lieutenant Maxwell’s progress as a tactical officer and future department head.
